• Channel 4 Radio Network operated by Ajman Independent Studios LLC comprises of 89.1 Radio 4 FM (Hindi) ; 104.8 Channel 4 FM (English) & 107.8 Radio Al Rabia (Arabic)
  
  
• Entrants must provide the entry details as specified.
  
  
• Open to UAE residents only. Overseas players are not eligible.
  
  
• Employees of Channel 4 Radio Network companies and any company associated with the specific promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
  
  
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
  
  
• Proof of sending post/e-mail is not proof of our receipt of your entry.
  
  
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
  
  
• The closing date is as specified.
  
  
• Winners will be formally notified after 15 days of the closing date. Only the winners will be contacted personally by our Commercial Division.
  
  
• The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
  
  
• The prize must be collected, if appropriate, within one month of notification. Not doing so will result in forfeiture of prize without any prior notice.
  
  
• Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.
  
  
• No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on request, but in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  
  
• Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
  
  
• Winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Channel 4 Radio Network , its business and its personnel received by them as a result of the free prize draw.
  
  
• No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
  
  
• Use of false name or address, i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
  
  
• During receipt of prize, you would be required to sign a declaration form, accepting not to participate in any competitions on Channel 4 Radio Network for a period of 30 days. This is will be in fairness from your part to ensure that other participants have a fair chance of participation, winnings in competitions. This declaration applies to you and your immediate family.
  
  
• We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
  
  
• Entering implies acceptance of these rules.
  
  
• The prize-winners will be selected at random by the judges, by Channel 4 Radio Network. Their decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
  
  
• This agreement is governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates
  
  
• Channel 4 Radio Network and www.radio4fm.com, www.channel4fm.com, www.1078fm.com will not pass your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary
